Are you overpaying for listing photos and marketing campaigns without seeing results?
As a second-generation real estate agent, I’ve seen how much the industry has changed over the years. When I first started answering phones for my mom’s RE/MAX Franchise in 2005, I had to rely on a book with all the listings to answer questions. Online MLS, Zillow, and Facebook were still in their infancy, and agents were still the gatekeepers of information.
Fast forward to 2013, when I started working in real estate full-time, a lot had already changed. Buyers now had access to most of the information they needed, and social media was starting to consume everyone’s time.
But with this change came opportunity! Agents could now distinguish themselves as a brand. Marketing was no longer limited to billboards, bench signs, and newspaper ads. We could market our listings and personal brands online. A personal website was now as important as a business card.
Over the next eight years, I helped our 50+ agents grow their brands and stay up to date on the latest trends, maintaining our status as the #1 office in our area. I was an early adopter of video, Facebook ads, and owned the second Matterport in New England. I helped my team and two other teams in my office secure five of the biggest development projects in our area. My marketing prowess allowed us to recruit top agents from other offices because they saw that we were always at the cutting edge of marketing.
I love talking to real estate agents about their business, so please reach out and let’s elevate your marketing!
Areas of Practice
Listing Photography & Drone
Professional photography is crucial in real estate as it creates a powerful first impression, capturing the attention of potential buyers. High-quality images highlight the best features of a property, making it stand out in a crowded market. Professional photos not only attract more views and showings but also help properties sell faster and at higher prices.
Lifestyle videos
Lifestyle videos are an important tool in real estate marketing because they help potential buyers envision not just the property, but the lifestyle it offers. These videos go beyond showcasing the home’s features; they highlight the neighborhood, local amenities, and the overall living experience. By capturing the essence of the community, lifestyle videos create an emotional connection with viewers, making the property more appealing.
Listing Videos
Listing videos have become an essential tool in real estate marketing. They provide a dynamic, immersive experience that static photos can't match, allowing potential buyers to get a better sense of the property's layout and flow. Videos can showcase the surrounding neighborhood, highlight unique features, and create an emotional connection with viewers. They also increase engagement on social media and listing platforms, attracting more views and interest.
Social Media Marketing
Social media marketing is a game-changer in the real estate industry. It allows agents to reach a broad audience quickly and cost-effectively, engaging potential buyers and sellers where they spend a significant amount of their time. Through platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, agents can showcase listings, share market insights, and build their personal brand.
Website Development
Having a personal website in real estate is essential for building a professional online presence and establishing credibility. A well-designed website serves as a central hub for all your listings, providing potential clients with easy access to property details, high-quality photos, and virtual tours. It also allows you to showcase your expertise, share client testimonials, and offer valuable resources such as market updates and buying guides. A personal website enhances your brand, helps you stand out from the competition, and makes it easier for clients to contact you directly.
Google Advertising
Google advertising is a powerful tool in real estate marketing. It allows agents to target potential buyers and sellers precisely based on their search behavior and location. With Google Ads, you can ensure your listings appear at the top of search results, increasing visibility and driving more traffic to your website. This targeted approach leads to higher-quality leads and more efficient use of marketing budgets.
